Eggs were excellent but bacon too greasy, would rather have had sausage (well done). Liked the ladies in food area!!
I didn't like being assessed a $12.00 fee that I had to call and question the why? The room was prepaid.

Terrific and clean place to stay in, it has pleasant staff from a hotel Front Desk staff member. Make sure to get queen room with climate control and sofa, for example.

Most comfortable bed & pillows ever!!!! Made it hard to get up for that great breakfast! Which had good selection, was hot and always full. Pool & hot tub were clean and relaxing. Chris & the girl (sorry, didn't catch her name) at the front desk provided bar-none the best, most attentive service I've ever received from a hotel Front Desk staff member! The cocktail hour (s) was a nice touch, even though we didn't get to utilize it. Great experience, will recommend to others!!
Some remodeling that was going on took away from the clean feeling in the front area, but understandable. In the future would request a room on the opposite side from the Highway.

Quiet and comfortable.
I was initially charged more than agreed to, which eventually was reversed, but necessitated calls back to the hotel and my Canadian bank. The staff seemed incapable of giving me clear directions to restaurants in the area.

The room was spacious and the beds were super comfy. We enjoyed the really good breakfast each morning, especially with the helpful staff around. It's a bit away from the main sights, but we found it easy to get to places like canal park and events nearby.

Other bed, pillows and bedding were very comfy. We did t hear people or slamming doors which is very important to us.
The only thing I wasn't pleased with is that they added a nominal charge to our credit card that they then later remove if we didn't charge anything to the room.

Beds were extremly comfortable, pool area was great. Breakfast was great.
We paid for four rooms as this was our childrens Christmas Gift to spend time with each other. We were basically chased out of the pool area due to the Hockey Team that showed up and took over the entire area with little to no supervision, causing everyone with small children and babies to leave the area. Then at around 10 p.m. the running, jumping, and screaming started, so our group had little children and babies that did not sleep as well as adults that heard the Hockey kids run around until that was shut down. Really felt we should have been given a discount for the trouble. My daugther had to come out of her room and ask the security people to move out of the hall as they woke her two babies. That discussion should not have happened in the hallway.

Great Place for Relaxation
I had a really nice stay, staff was super friendly. They even gave me extra coffee every day like clockwork. Makes you feel special.
Wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable for what you get.
